A partial list of what I do:

• Furniture assembly
• Childproofing
• Light plumbing such as faucets, vanities, drains, garbage disposals (basically anything not behind the wall)
• Light electrical such as fixtures, outlets, switches, ceiling fans (ditto on the wall thing)
• Some garage doors and openers
• Some tile, grout & caulking
• Build & remove non load-bearing walls
• Mount hooks, towel bars, TP holders, etc.
• Drywall Installation, repair & removal
• Art, picture, shelf & cabinet hanging/installation
• Some cabinetry & shelf building
• Crown & picture moulding, baseboards
• Some appliance repair, removal & installation
• Interior & limited exterior painting
• Pressure washing, deck & fence repair, sealing & refinishing
• Rain gutter cleaning & repair
• General interior & exterior repairs

I’m a fast learner, and with the Internet and Youtube I can generally figure out how to do just about anything, so I frequently take on projects for which I have no experience. However, I’m also happy to admit when I think a project might be beyond my abilities or comfort level.

Being just a little ADD I love small projects! Although my “rule” is a one hour minimum, if a job is quick, easy and I haven’t gone out of my way to get to the site, I’ll likely break it. (My rule, not whatever I’m working on.)
